What is the difference between a deep and standard cleaning?

Deep Cleaning involves washing all areas of the home. It typically takes anywhere from 2 to 2.5 hours longer than a regular standard maintenance clean. The deep clean is then followed by a maintenance clean, which can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

Standard Cleaning is a maintenance upkeep after a deep clean. It consists of dusting all areas of the home. Usually, a standard clean is completed in half the time of a deep clean.

What happens if I need to cancel my clean?

We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

When will I receive an estimate?

You will receive an estimate shortly after discussing your cleaning requirements with us. We aim to provide estimates within 24 – 48 hours of the initial consultation.

What happens if I am dissatisfied with my clean?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make it right.

Do you work weekends and holidays?

We do not work on weekends and holidays.

What happens if my cleaning team is running behind schedule?

We strive to maintain punctuality, but unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. If your cleaning team is running behind schedule, we will notify you as soon as possible to update you on the expected arrival time.

Does Total Clean provide the cleaning supply?

Yes, Total Clean provides all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for the service.

What measures are we taking to prevent COVID-19?

Employees are asked to stay home if they exhibit any flu-like symptoms. We ensure that employees maintain the recommended 6 feet of distance from others.

All cleaning equipment is disinfected before entering clients’ homes. We maintain the same team of two cleaners for consistency and to minimize exposure.
